How to Get Rid of Cellulite: Are You Wasting Time Doing This?

Everyone loves dimples! They're so cute. But you want them on the cheeks on YOUR FACE, not your butt. The dimples that we get on our butts, thighs, and hips have a name - Cellulite. Yuck, right?

While there are plenty of methods to learn how to get rid of cellulite, I want to warn you away from the 'solutions' that don't work. All too often we see products advertised that promise to rid us of our cellulite and make us look like the latest Hollywood star! And, of course, most of them are rip-offs! Here's a list of the things that don't work.

Creams and Lotions - Yes, they tell us that we can learn how to get rid of cellulite by simply rubbing on their products. Not going to happen! What they may do is give us a temporary shrinkage of the fat cells, but they will return, like a bad ex-boyfriend.

Body Wraps - Again, these may provide a temporary fix but the truth is that it is very temporary. In fact, body wraps may not even be good for your health. If you ever see an advertisement for a body wrap, do yourself a favor and turn off the TV.

Electric Muscle Stimulation - Wouldn't it be nice if these were the answer! You just strap on this device, turn it on, and flop back down to watch more TV. Before we know it, our cellulite is history. Sorry, these don't work either.

If you truly want to learn how to get rid of cellulite, you have to learn what to eat, what to avoid, and what exercises will help shrink those fat cells. That's the only solution of any effectiveness that will reduce cellulite and leave our skin looking smooth. It's a raw deal, I know. But if we're determined, committed, and are driven to succeed, we'll have what it takes to get rid of those pesky dimples!
