How to Lose 10 Pounds in Two Weeks

A lot of people love cheesecake, but they would also love to know how to lose 10 pounds. What if we could have both? Sorry, no, it doesn't quite work that way. However, you can actually lose 10 pounds without climbing 756 steps a day, or running 12 miles. The magical secret? The answer lies in sprouts.

Vegetables:

Vegetables are the key. I'll tell you how to lose 10 pounds with vegetables in a minute. You don't have to cut meat out of your diet altogether, but it has to be quite lean. Chicken and fish are okay. You only want to eat it once a day, about 2 to 3 ounces. This may be hard to swallow. If anything you're probably shaking your fist at the computer screen and cursing me. But if you follow this diet, you won't starve. I promise.

Whenever you get hungry, munch on some veggies. In fact, eat as many as you want throughout the day. Eat leafy greens such as turnip greens, spinach, lettuce, cabbage, etc. If you've been wanting to know how to lose 10 pounds without starving yourself, this is the way to go.

Drink a whole lot of water while you follow this diet. Don't worry, results shouldn't take more than a week or two.

You should follow this diet if you're desperate to lose some weight in time for a wedding or some other special event-- especially if you bought the perfect little dress for the occasion. You won't hurt any major organs, and you'll look great. This will not only help you lose weight quickly, but it is so healthy for you that even your Mother would be proud!

Eat all those veggies and stick with it, and you'll lose 10 pounds quickly. And whenever you feel tempted to stray from the veggie diet, remember that it's only for one to two weeks. After that, you can eat like your normal self again and not feel like a rabbit. Cheers!
