To exercise the muscles of your lips, simply give a kiss, widen the 'O' of your mouth like that of a fish. This will strengthen and build muscle around your mouth. This will help in the reduction of lines around your lips.
To exercise the muscle of your forehead, you can simply raise and lower your eyebrows. This is to reduce the appearance of lines creases. if you are able to pull your ears back, this will also help in tightening the muscle around and under the eyes plus it gives you a smooth feeling.
Exercise the muscle in your chin by tilting your head back looking at the ceiling while opening and closing your your jaw. This can be easily done during TV commercials. This would help in the strengthening the sagging muscle of the chin.
This mentioned exercises should be done in a minimum of 10 repetitions 5 times throughout the day. But smiling can be done limitless. All this exercise only take a very small portion of your time but you will be surprised by the results.
