Avoid Wrinkles through Facial Exercise
When a face looks older than one expects it to be, wrinkles are most likely to blame. This fold, ridge or crease in the skin typically appears as a result of aging process. It is caused by habitual facial expressions, sun damage, smoking, poor hydration, and various other factors. Since it is a natural part of aging, as one grows older, the skin gets thinner, drier and less elastic which makes it more vulnerable to wrinkles.
